Role Overview

Python Developer (Backend)

What You’ll Do

• Build & maintain RESTful APIs (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
• Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL for structured data storage & optimization
• Develop ETL pipelines, background workers & cron jobs
• Integrate with transcription engines (Whisper, Deepgram), vector DBs, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini)
• Support deployments on AWS (EC2 preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
• Debug, optimize, and scale backend services

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–4 years of Python backend development experience

✅ Strong in REST API design & database queries (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

✅ Hands-on with Git/GitHub & basic deployment workflows

✅ Familiar with AWS/DigitalOcean/GCP

✅ Strong debugging & code-structuring habits

Bonus Points For

✨ Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone)

✨ Experience with transcription/audio data pipelines

✨ Knowledge of Docker & containerized deployments
