Backend Developer

Role Overview: As a Backend Developer at Fundtec, you will lead the development and optimization of scalable, high-performance backend systems that power our fintech solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain backend services, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and microservices using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

Code Quality & Best Practices:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Problem-Solving:

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.
• Identify and implement performance improvements.

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Provide technical leadership to junior developers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Fundtec remains at the forefront of innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to design scalable and secure backend solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Other:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of financial technologies or a background in fintech is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
