Job Role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update backend data in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, or other Zoho applications.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all platforms.
Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics using Zoho Analytics.
Automate workflows and improve process efficiency using Deluge Scripting (Zoho's scripting language).
Coordinate with frontend/operations teams to ensure smooth data flow and task execution.
Perform routine backups and data validation.
Assist in user role management, form/database creation, and system customization as needed.
Requirements:
Graduate in Computer Applications / IT / B.Com / any relevant field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience with Zoho products (especially CRM, Creator, Analytics).
Strong understanding of data structures, database management, and workflow automation.
Knowledge of Deluge scripting is an added advantage.
Good command of MS Excel and general IT systems.
