Core Responsibilities


  • Coordinating and managing internal backend operations, including order processing, client communication, and documentation.
  • Providing administrative support to sales, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow and task execution.
  • Maintaining and updating databases, records, and reports related to lighting products, inventory, and client transactions.
  • Monitoring and optimizing backend processes to improve efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assisting with quotation preparation, invoicing, and internal status updates, crucial for LED lighting businesses.
Essential Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for handling simultaneous backend functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for department coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic database management.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset for quality and issue resolution.
  • Understanding of product specifications, documentation handling, and internal workflow in the lighting sector.
