Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the back-office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain

• Monitor performance and provide training or guidance where needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Strong understanding of

  MIS & data management.

• Excellent communication in

  Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
