Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for inventory and delivery 2. Liaise with principals for stock orders and follow-ups 3. Handle customer queries, sample requests, and technical support 4. Manage pricing, quotations, and customer documentation (KYC, credit notes, etc.) 5. Ensure timely payment collection and maintain sales reports 6. Support open-house events and exhibitions with the HOD 7.
