- Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and files.
- Prepare and process documents, such as letters, reports, and memo.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents.
- Respond to internal and external emails, phone calls, and queries.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to resolve issues.
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Prepare reports and analysis on various metrics and data.
