Job Description

Maintain and update customer, service, and invoice records. Prepare MIS reports, bills, and documentation for management. Ensure compliance and proper filing of records (digital & physical). Support sales, service, and branch teams with backend coordination. Handle customer queries via email/phone and forward to concern. Follow up on pending payments, deliveries, and service tickets. Track stock, material movement, and logistics (if applicable). Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and presentations. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks.
