Softzen Info Tech is looking for a Back Office Executive to handle administrative tasks, data management, customer coordination, and internal office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and good at handling computer-based tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing and updating company databases, records, and documentation
Handling daily back-office operations and support tasks
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Coordinating with clients and internal teams via email & phone
Managing data entry tasks accurately
Maintaining files, documents, and office records
Supporting HR, accounts, and management with admin work
Responding to queries and providing timely information
Scheduling meetings, calls, and maintaining calendars

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fast typing speed and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Problem-solving attitude
Basic computer knowledge and internet handling
Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills

Experience in data entry or back-office work
Knowledge of CRM tools (optional)
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Pay & Benefits

Salary: ₹22325 – ₹24852 per month (based on experience)
