Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our loan processing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the loan operations by handling documentation, data entry, verification, and coordination with other departments to ensure timely loan disbursals and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify loan applications, documents, and customer information.

Enter and maintain accurate data in excel

Coordinate with sales, credit, and compliance teams for timely processing.

Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with RBI/other regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update customer records, loan files, and reports.

Follow up with clients for pending documentation or clarifications.

Prepare loan sanction and disbursement files for approval.

Assist in auditing and internal checks by providing necessary documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and data security as per company policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in the loan/finance sector.

Good knowledge of loan processes, KYC norms, and documentation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with loan management software (e.g., LOS/LMS).

Basic understanding of credit and risk evaluation.

Work Environment:
Office-based role with standard working hours

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
