Back Office Executive

Job Title: Back Office Executive Experience Required: 0–3 Years Age: 21 to 30 Location: Kalyan - Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, and possess excellent attention to detail. A graduate degree is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: Handle and maintain accurate records, databases, and reports. Use Excel extensively for data entry, analysis, and report generation. Perform VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, and other advanced Excel functions. Maintain and update internal systems with high accuracy. Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Check and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Support administrative tasks and documentation as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduation is a must). Freshers can apply, 2 years of relevant experience in a back-office or data support role will be preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data tools). Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
