Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, update reports, and manage client communications
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, invoices, and follow-ups
  • Maintain internal databases and ensure timely updates
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support logistics and inventory tracking as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in back office or sales coordination roles (preferably in FMCG)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
