Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth backend operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting in coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation accurately Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for order processing and dispatch tracking Manage inventory records, purchase entries, and stock updates Assist in invoicing, billing, and maintaining financial logs Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed Handle email correspondence, filing, and basic customer coordination Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business data Requirements 2–3 years of experience in back office or admin roles Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Typing: 2 years (Required) Phone etiquette: 2 years (Required) Customer service: 2 years (Required) Organizational skills: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
