Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The role involves managing data, documentation, and back-end coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry, record keeping, and maintain accurate databases.
• Prepare, organize, and manage reports, files, and documentation.
• Support the operations and sales team with backend coordination.
• Process orders, track shipments, and update internal systems.
• Manage email communication and respond to internal queries.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for information flow.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration or relevant field.
• Proven experience in back office, administration, or data management roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹8,617.35 - ₹14,594.65 per month
