Job Title: Back Office Executive – B2B Sales & Operations 📍 Location: Anaj Mandi, Ballabgarh 🕒 Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 📆 Working Days: Monday to Saturday 💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 fixed + Incentives on B2B Sales About Us We are Balance Ayurveda, a growing Ayurvedic wellness brand offering potent, clean, and result-oriented products. We are expanding our B2B network and seeking a skilled and responsible back office executive to support daily operations and drive B2B client onboarding. Role & Responsibilities 🔹 Back Office Operations Process incoming orders from doctors, distributors, and wellness centres. Print invoices, shipping labels, and manage courier dispatch coordination. Maintain daily and weekly records of orders and inventory. Ensure timely inward and outward documentation for smooth operations. 🔹 Inventory Management Keep stock reports up to date. Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team for restocking. Track low inventory items and place orders accordingly. 🔹 B2B Client Management Follow up with existing B2B leads and maintain a proper database. Convert inbound leads (from doctors/wellness centres) into regular clients. Build and maintain good relationships with health professionals. Coordinate payments and order fulfilment with new B2B clients. Who Should Apply Someone who is organised, punctual, and reliable. Comfortable with basic computer skills (Excel, email, printing). Confident in talking to B2B clients over the phone or in person. Previous experience in sales support or inventory management is a plus.
