Job Description – Back Office Executive (Travel Industry) Position: Back Office Executive – Travel Industry Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Travel Industry (Air Ticketing / Visa / Packages / DMC) Location: [Siddha Weston Building, 9, Weston Street] Salary: 15000-18000 Key Responsibilities: Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings (individual & group). Negotiate and manage group fares with airlines. Prepare and process visa documentation and coordinate with embassies/agents. Create domestic and international tour itineraries as per client requirement. Connect and coordinate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) for rates, bookings, and confirmations. Prepare quotations, package costing, and proposals for clients. Maintain accurate records and databases in CRM / MS Excel. Support front office/marketing team with required travel-related back-end operations. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with suppliers and partners. Required Skills & Qualities: Minimum 1 year experience in back-office operations in the travel industry. Strong knowledge of air ticketing (domestic & international) and visa processes. Good understanding of DMC coordination & package costing. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software. Excellent communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, English). Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Detail-oriented, with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
