Job Description – Telecaller (Travel Industry Preferred) Company name- Disha tours and leisures Position: Telecaller Experience: Minimum 1 year (Travel industry experience preferred) Location: [Flat - 219, 2nd Floor, Siddha Weston Building, 9, Weston Street (Near Lal Bazar), Mission Row Extension, Kolkata, West Bengal- 700013 Salary: Attractive + Incentives Required Skills & Qualities: Minimum 1 year telecalling experience (Travel industry preferable). Confidence and positive attitude. Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & good English. Good computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM). Strong convincing power & customer handling skill. Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales/booking targets. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding travel packages and services. Follow up on leads generated through the company database or self-sourcing. Communicate with customers in a clear, polite, and professional manner to confirm bookings. Provide information and assistance to existing clients regarding tours and services. Maintain accurate records and update data in CRM / MS Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and booking targets.
