Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee, located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include managing back-office operations, supporting customer service, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting finance and sales teams. The role entails maintaining records, handling data entry, managing communication channels, and ensuring timely processing of operational tasks to enhance overall business efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, maintaining records, and managing administrative tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide support and collaborate effectively
• Basic understanding of Finance and Sales processes to assist in their execution
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Previous experience in a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field is preferred
