Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back Office Employee, based in Mumbai, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for maintaining and managing the back-office operations, providing support to ensure smooth business processes. Daily tasks include data entry, customer support, coordination with different teams, assisting in financial reporting, and supporting sales-related activities, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Skills in Back Office Operations, including data entry, documentation, and reporting
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
Knowledge and understanding of Finance and Sales processes
Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and technical proficiency in relevant business tools
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
