The Back Office Employee will be responsible for managing day-to-day back office operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Additional responsibilities include supporting various departments, coordinating with team members, and assisting with customer service queries. You will also handle data entry, prepare reports, and contribute to the efficient functioning of financial and sales-related activities within the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in Back Office Operations and ability to maintain accurate administrative processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with internal teams and clients Understanding of basic Finance principles and processes Familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to support related administrative tasks Highly organized with good time management skills Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, and other tools) Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment Previous experience in the financial sector is an advantage
