Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and research-related tasks, ensuring smooth documentation, data analysis, and coordination between departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in documentation and research.

Key Responsibilities:

Back Office Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize company documentation, reports, and records.
• Handle data entry, database management, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational workflow.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and communication with stakeholders.

R&D Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and product research as per business needs.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support new product development.
• Assist in compiling and interpreting research findings.
• Maintain and update R&D documentation and reports.
• Support innovation and process improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in back-office operations and research with
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
