Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION -

  • The Back Office Coordinator is involved in planning and scheduling projects, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are executed within set timelines and budget constraints.
  • The Back Office Coordinator collaborates with various departments to gather information, provide support, and ensure that projects progress smoothly by aligning efforts across teams.
  • Handle data entry and update records accurately.
  • Manage office documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with the front office team to streamline administrative functions.
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Support in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
