Job Description:

We are hiring a Back Office Coordinator to handle daily administrative tasks, data management, and coordination between internal teams. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and have excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily reports and update records in Excel.
  • Assist in documentation, billing, and client communication.
  • Coordinate with field engineers and management teams.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and follow-up on pending tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in back office or coordination roles.
  • Strong Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
