Job Description

You will be responsible for following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. This includes maintaining files and records with effective filing systems. Additionally, you will support other teams with various administrative tasks such as redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, and scheduling meetings. You will also greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.) - Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system - Deal with customer complaints or issues - Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders - Assist in vendor relationship management Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and MS Office - Ability to handle customer complaints effectively For more details, please contact +91 9947640555.
