Job Description

This is a part-time/full time/contract remote role for a Backoffice Employee. The Backoffice Employee will handle various tasks including patient intake form data entry, data verification, supporting finance and on-site teams. Responsibilities include data entry, handling customer inquiries, clerical task management, processing payments, and assisting with on-site tasks.

Qualifications

Skills in Back Office Operations

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Sales and support tasks

Proficient with office software and data entry

Ability to work independently and remotely

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Diploma or equivalent minimum required to apply and additional certifications or education is beneficial
