Back Office Associate

Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling the administrative and support functions of the organization. The role involves managing data, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in using office software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
• Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal use.
• Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle office correspondence, emails, and scheduling.
• Assist in managing inventory, procurement, and vendor communication.
• Ensure timely filing and organization of company documents.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with front-office teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Support management in the preparation of policies, SOPs, and documentation.
• Communication:
• Provide timely responses to inquiries via email and calls.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.
• Compliance & Confidentiality:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar back-office or administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
