Back Office Associate

You will be joining Smartz Research Identity Pvt Ltd, a company specializing in providing comprehensive background verification solutions to help businesses in making informed hiring decisions. Your role as an Operations Associate will be based in Bengaluru on a full-time on-site basis. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operational activities within the company. Your duties will include ensuring efficient and smooth operations, handling administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, monitoring operational performance, and implementing improvement initiatives. You will also be required to liaise with clients, address their queries, and maintain high standards of customer service. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate or undergraduate with either freshers or 1-2 years of experience in background screening as an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes using tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook, effective communication skills, and customer service skills are essential. Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field are also required.
