Job Title: Back Office Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage quotation preparation, draft and reply to emails, and handle documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable using the internet and latest tools, and fluent in English—both in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities include: preparing quotations based on client requirements, drafting and responding to professional emails, maintaining and organizing data in Microsoft Excel and Word, assisting in back-end documentation and coordination tasks, using internet and modern tech tools for day-to-day operations, supporting internal teams with timely data and reports, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all back-office processes.

Candidate requirements: must be a graduate (B.Com preferred, other streams accepted), must have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and must be comfortable working with the latest internet-based tools and technologies.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
Job Type: Full-Time.
Location: PRAYAG ENGINEERING WORKS, VASAI Maharashtra
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 9-5 PM
