Job Description

As a Back Office Executive at our leading IT infrastructure and technology solutions service provider, your role will involve providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating with the maintenance team, managing office administration, handling attendance, coordinating couriers, preparing invoices, and maintaining data and files. Responsibilities: - Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure efficient workflow, issue resolution, and addressing service-related queries and requirements. - Office Administration: Manage general office tasks, maintain office supplies, coordinate courier services, and ensure a clean workspace. - Attendance Management: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance. - Invoice Preparation: Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently. - Data Management & Filing: Organize data and files for accuracy and accessibility. - Vendor Management: Assist in maintaining vendor contracts and communication with vendors. You will also be responsible for other administrative tasks as required. Requirements: - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Detail-oriented and accurate. - Ability to work independently. Work Details: - Working Days: Monday to Saturday. - Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. - Leaves: 2 paid leaves per month. - Probation Period: 6 months.
