Reservation Executive / Ticketing Executive Key Responsibilities: Flight, Hotel & Package Reservations Handle domestic and international flight bookings Manage hotel reservations and holiday packages Prepare travel itineraries as per customer requirements Customer Handling Attend customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins Suggest best fares and suitable travel options Resolve customer queries and booking-related issues Ticketing & Documentation Issue air tickets using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre Verify passport and visa details Generate e-tickets, invoices, and travel vouchers Fare Calculation & Quotation Calculate airline fares accurately Share quotations with customers and follow up for confirmation Booking Modifications & Refunds Process ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners Maintain daily booking records and sales reports Required Skills: Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) Basic computer knowledge Knowledge of GDS systems preferred Strong customer service skills Attention to detail Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Travel & Tourism certification is an advantage Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in a travel company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
