Qualifications and Skills: ITI Certification: Completion of an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) course in Fitting. Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work with various machine components. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively. Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in performing tasks, especially when working with intricate machinery. Safety Awareness: Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to work safely in a workshop or industrial environment. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other personnel. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods. Routine Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and inspection to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing issues, disassembling machinery, replacing defective parts, and repairing malfunctions. Technical Drawings: Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand the layout and specifications of machinery.
