• Installation and Assembly:Installing new machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems according to blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI Certification: Completion of an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) course in Fitting.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work with various machine components.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in performing tasks, especially when working with intricate machinery.
• Safety Awareness: Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to work safely in a workshop or industrial environment.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other personnel.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Routine Maintenance:Performing regular maintenance tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and inspection to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing issues, disassembling machinery, replacing defective parts, and repairing malfunctions.
• Technical Drawings:Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand the layout and specifications of machinery.
• Tool Usage:Proficiently using a variety of hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, fitting, and assembling components.
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment.
• Record Keeping:Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, and any issues encountered during maintenance or repair work.
• Collaboration:Working with other team members, including engineers and other technicians, to coordinate work and ensure efficient operations.
• Fabrication and Welding:In some cases, performing basic fabrication and welding tasks to repair or modify machine components.
• Quality Control:Inspecting fabricated components and repaired machinery to ensure they meet quality standards.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
