Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Data Analyst with a strong grasp of fundamental computer operations and proficiency in utilizing a wide range of office software and online tools to support data analysis and reporting functions. Requirements: Basic computer skills, including typing and navigating common applications Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – especially Excel and Word Strong understanding of email etiquette and business communication Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn new tools and adapt to different software platforms Willing to work in US working hours (Night Shifts) Any Graduate Candidates must have a clean background verification (BGV) record to be considered for this role Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy Manage files, documents, and data using Google Drive and other cloud-based tools Work with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, for reports, data entry, and documentation Use Google Sheets and other productivity tools to support various business functions Maintain proper email communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders Ensure professionalism in written and verbal communication Assist in managing Google accounts and related services (Drive, Docs, etc.) Support the team with general work requirement as needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
