Back Office Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Data Analyst with a strong grasp of fundamental computer operations and proficiency in utilizing a wide range of office software and online tools to support data analysis and reporting functions.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills, including typing and navigating common applications
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – especially Excel and Word
• Strong understanding of email etiquette and business communication
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt to different software platforms
• Willing to work in US working hours (Night Shifts)
• Any Graduate
• Candidates must have a clean background verification (BGV) record to be considered for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Manage files, documents, and data using Google Drive and other cloud-based tools
• Work with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, for reports, data entry, and documentation
• Use Google Sheets and other productivity tools to support various business functions
• Maintain proper email communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Ensure professionalism in written and verbal communication
• Assist in managing Google accounts and related services (Drive, Docs, etc.)
• Support the team with general work requirement as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
