Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Maintain and update database and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication.
  • Support the finance team with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in all records.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data entry and management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
