About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE1) with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our backend engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in GoLang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS, with hands-on experience working with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying scalable backend services and APIs while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and APIs using GoLang, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Optimize backend service performance and ensure high system reliability and availability.
• Monitor systems proactively and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and best practices.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to microservices architecture.
• Work with DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes to support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
• Utilize monitoring tools like Datadog to maintain system health and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in GoLang, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and the NestJS framework.
• Experience working with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog and ELK stack.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
