Job Description


We are looking for an

AI & Generative AI Business Analyst

to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires expertise in

requirement gathering, Agile methodologies, and AI/ML concepts

, ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


Requirement Gathering & Analysis:



  1. Engage with

    business stakeholders

    to gather and define AI, ML, and Generative AI project requirements.

  2. Develop

    business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories

    for AI-driven software and tools.

  3. Translate complex AI and Generative AI concepts into

    clear, actionable tasks

    for development teams.


  4. Agile Methodology:

  5. Apply

    Agile methodologies

    to prioritize and manage project tasks effectively.

  6. Participate in

    sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

    sessions.


  7. Client Communication:

  8. Act as a liaison between

    clients and development teams

    , ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables.

  9. Provide

    regular project updates

    , gather feedback, and address concerns proactively.


  10. Technical Understanding:

  11. Maintain an understanding of

    AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies

    and their business applications.

  12. Work closely with

    data scientists and engineers

    to ensure solutions align with business needs.


  13. Testing & Validation:

  14. Facilitate the

    testing and validation

    of Generative AI applications to meet defined business requirements.

  15. Analyze and interpret

    AI model performance metrics

    to derive actionable insights.


  16. Qualifications:

  17. Bachelor s degree

    in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  18. 3-5 years of experience

    as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI/ML projects.

  19. Strong understanding of

    AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI

    concepts.

  20. Experience working in

    Agile environments

    and participating in Agile ceremonies.

  21. Excellent

    analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    .

  22. Ability to translate

    business needs into technical requirements

    .

  23. Experience with AI/ML development workflows and validation processes is a plus.
