Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development (B2B) professional, your main responsibility will be to develop key growth strategies and action plans to achieve financial targets. You will be tasked with building relationships, understanding market trends, and mapping schools/clients in order to acquire them and maximize business share. Your role will involve engaging with various contact points in clients such as Principals, Teachers, and HODs. Key Responsibilities: - Scan the market and build a sales pipeline from scratch in a specific state - Understand market potential, competition, and design sales strategy to improve sales productivity - Manage accounts, collect revenue, and increase sales from existing clients - Own and deliver annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives - Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends - Report on forces that influence tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in B2B sales - Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level - Proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to close - Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, as well as position products against competitors - Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions Additional Company Details: The work environment offers enough freedom in your role, but you will be held accountable for the targets you set. You will be responsible for the entire sales and revenue life cycle, requiring you to meet and convince academicians and directors for sales. Note: Shift timings are rotational and working days are from Monday to Saturday. The location for this position is Hyderabad.,
