Inside Sales B2C (Semi-Voice Process)

You will be responsible for communicating with customers through email, chat, and calls, with the majority of the communication being via calls (60%) and the rest through email/chat support (40%). Your role will involve swiftly searching for parts in the live inventory and effectively communicating with customers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions. Excellent communication skills, including an international calling background, are essential for this role. Additionally, you will need to quickly grasp project requirements and possess an international accent.
