Inside Sales B2C (Voice Process)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for communicating with customers via inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, you will need to quickly search for parts in the live inventory and facilitate communication between customers and sellers to ensure successful deals. Evaluating products based on various criteria and negotiating with vendors to secure the best deals on behalf of the company will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls - Quickly search for parts in the live inventory - Facilitate communication between customers and sellers - Evaluate products based on price, quality, availability, and other criteria - Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best deals - Verify purchases by comparing them to a master list and recommend alternatives for expensive or irrelevant products Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Experience in international calling - Ability to quickly learn project requirements - Must have an international accent Note: This job requires working the night shift from Monday to Saturday in Hyderabad.,
