You will be joining Pocketful Fintech Capital Pvt Ltd as a B2B Sales Franchisee Acquisition & Relationship Manager in New Delhi. Your role will involve expanding the company's distribution network and building partnerships with sub-brokers, Authorized Persons (APs), and franchise partners in the stockbroking industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, pitching, and onboarding sub-brokers, APs, and franchise partners to grow the distribution network. - Taking full responsibility for revenue and profitability from the franchisee network. - Acting as a strategic partner to sub-brokers/APs by providing support, training, guidance, and performance insights. - Helping partners enhance their business through product awareness, client acquisition, and service excellence. - Staying updated on competitor activity and partner expectations to provide valuable insights for strategy. - Ensuring smooth onboarding processes and compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in B2B/franchisee sales within stockbroking, financial services, or fintech. - A solid network of sub-brokers, APs, or channel partners is highly desirable. - Demonstrated track record in revenue generation, partner onboarding, and P&L contribution. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - A self-starter attitude with an ownership mentality and a passion for scaling partnerships.
