B2B Sales (Sub-Broker/Franchisee Acquisition)

As a B2B Sales Franchisee Acquisition & Relationship Manager at Pocketful Fintech Capital Pvt Ltd in New Delhi, your role will involve expanding the company's distribution network by onboarding sub-brokers, Authorized Persons (APs), and franchise partners. You will be instrumental in fostering long-term business relationships within the stockbroking industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, pitching, and onboarding sub-brokers, APs, and franchise partners to grow the distribution network. - Taking ownership of revenue and profitability from the franchisee network. - Providing support, training, guidance, and performance insights to sub-brokers and APs as a strategic partner. - Assisting partners in business growth through product awareness, client acquisition, and service excellence. - Staying informed about competitor activities and partner expectations to contribute valuable insights for strategy. - Ensuring smooth onboarding processes and compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in B2B/franchisee sales in stockbroking, financial services, or fintech. - A strong network of sub-brokers, APs, or channel partners is preferred. - Proven track record in revenue generation, partner onboarding, and P&L contribution. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - A proactive attitude with a focus on scaling partnerships.
