Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our institutional sales efforts across HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), Corporates, Hospitals, and Modern Trade channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven track record in the FMCG/food ingredients segment, capable of scaling HealthyFly’s premium health product range into high-volume B2B partnerships. Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and convert B2B opportunities in hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, hospitals, and wellness-focused corporate offices.Build strong relationships with procurement heads, chefs, admin teams, and corporate buyers.Drive product placement in Modern Trade outlets (regional/national chains, organic stores, gourmet shelves).Develop channel-wise sales strategy, pricing, and volume plans.Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation to order closure.Regularly visit clients for product demos, sampling, and relationship management.Track competitor activity and update internal teams on pricing/trends.Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Represent HealthyFly at B2B expos, trade shows, and food/hospitality events. Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales within FMCG/food/organic products.Strong network in HoReCa, Corporate Gifting, Hospitals, and MT verticals.Proven ability to handle monthly sales targets and KPIs independently.Knowledge of pricing strategies, product margins and sales forecasting.Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable in a high-growth startup culture. Preferred Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field.Experience in startups, organic or wellness brands is a strong advantage.Understanding of clean-label food trends and health-conscious consumer preferences.
