Job Description

As a member of the team at Laxree, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition, maintaining relationships, and executing sales strategies effectively. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:** - Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA and architectural sectors. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with hotel procurement teams, architects, and interior designers. - Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. - **Sales Strategy & Execution:** - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. - Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. - **Collaboration & Coordination:** - Work closely with internal departments such as product development, marketing, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts and promotional activities tailored to the hotel and design industry. - **Reporting & Forecasting:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management. Qualifications Required: - 2-7 years of B2B sales experience (specifically in HORECA, interior design, furniture, or building materials). - Proven experience working closely with architects, interior designers, HORECA suppliers, or other similar B2B relationships.,
