Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients on a daily basis to build and maintain relationships with retailers, corporates, and institutional clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with clients to understand their requirements and propose the best solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Work with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and client management, ideally in the IT, networking, or related industry.
• Ability to independently visit clients, attend meetings, and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• A results-driven attitude with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Noida region and nearby areas.
