Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a B2B Sales Manager – CSR, NGOs & FPOs. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and developing partnerships with corporate social responsibility (CSR) teams, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and farmer producer organizations (FPOs). Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, preparing proposals, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to promote sustainable water management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management
  • Experience in building partnerships with CSR bodies, NGOs, and community organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sustainability, water conservation, and environmental challenges
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and proficiency in using MS Office
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Experience in the water, environmental, or sustainability sectors is a plus
