B2B Sales Manager

The position you are applying for is responsible for generating business and developing a client base for Canon Network Video Surveillance products/Projects offerings by directly reaching out to corporates in Karnataka state. You should have a high technical bent of mind to understand technologies related to NVS products. Ideally, you should be a B.E/B.Tech/MBA graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Direct Sales, preferably in the Surveillance Projects & Products industry. Experience with Video Management Software, Surveillance Cameras, Access Controls, and BMS will be beneficial. Working with System Integrators with direct selling experience will also be considered suitable for this role. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and developing new customers for project sales (B2B) by understanding customer requirements professionally and lining up technical support. You will be expected to achieve targets as per plan and projections, meet potential clients to determine technical/business requirements, meet with Contractors/Consultants/Architects for prospecting, and create and deliver sales presentations to customers confidently. Additionally, you should understand the business drivers at the customer end and make proposals accordingly. Performing technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework will also be part of your role. You should be able to sell technical solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm and provide accurate and timely management information including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.
