POSITION: B2B SALES MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Channel Partner Acquisition: Identifying and onboarding new partners, providing them with training and support, and working with them to achieve sales targets through networking, referrals, and meetings for debt investment products.
2.Channel Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, understanding their financial aim, goals, and risk tolerance.
3.Channel Partner Meetings: Schedule and conduct regular channel partner meetings to review their financial vision, debt investment products or services, and to discuss any changes in their financial situation or goals. Follow up on action items from channel partner meetings promptly and efficiently, ensuring all inquiries and requests are addressed.
4.Compliance: Ensure all channel partner interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
-Bachelor’s degree is required.
-Minimum 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales Channel Partner who is well aware with creating new channel partner and its protocols as well.
-Ability to analyse the potential channel partners and building network with them in order to achieve both company and channel partner goals mutually.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
-Experience in debt investments products and services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
