B2B Sales Lead

InCommon is hiring a B2B Sales Professional on behalf of a Bangalore-based company.

What youll do:

• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure - as a one-person army in the first year.
• Build and lead a 34 member corporate sales team within 12 months, and scale it to 20+ by the second year.
• Drive consultative, research-based selling - engaging both CXOs on business strategy and junior stakeholders on operational details.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers get the most value out of our solutions.

How your role can evolve:

• Lead Corporate Sales for India, and potentially expand into global markets.
• Grow into a

  Chief Revenue Officer

  role for a business line.

What were looking for:

• Strong track record of enterprise sales (HR / CXO-level stakeholders).
• Ability to set up scalable processes using CRM and sales tech.
• 58 years of relevant experience with a consultative sales approach.
• Someone ambitious, self-driven, and ready to make an outsized impact.

Location:

• Primary:

  Bangalore or NCR

• Flexible for exceptional candidates with strong networks in
