You are sought after as a smart, confident, and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive in the EdTech sector. Your role involves expanding the company's presence by leveraging your prior EdTech sales experience and strong school connections. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, connect, and build relationships with schools in the assigned region. - Promote and sell our EdTech solutions to decision-makers (principals, school owners, coordinators). - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Plan and execute school visits, product demos, and presentations. - Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions. - Prepare sales reports and share feedback with management. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Experience: 3 years in B2B sales (EdTech industry experience is mandatory). - Language: Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory at Bangalore. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated. - Good networking and relationship-building ability, preferably with existing school connections. **Additional Requirements:** - Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client visits.
